I work at the Institute for Complex Molecular Systems (ICMS), TU/e Eindhoven, where I build the conditions for discovery: national research infrastructure proposals, cross-university coordination networks, and the organisational layer that turns scientific ambition into operational reality.
My perspective is shaped by daily work on new infrastructure design, infrastructure coordination, lab operations, and the quiet transformation of how science gets done in the age of AI.
